Terms & Conditions

Booking & Payment

A 50% advance payment is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of the service. We accept cash, UPI, and bank transfers. Dates are not reserved until the advance is received.

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the event will receive a 50% refund of the advance. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are non-refundable. In the unlikely event that we must cancel, a full refund will be provided.

Travel Policy

For on-location services, travel charges may apply depending on the destination. Accommodation and travel expenses must be provided by the client for out-of-station and international bookings.

Studio Etiquette

Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure we can provide the full service. We allow one guest to accompany the bride/client. Please inform us of any skin allergies or sensitivities prior to the session.

Damage & Liability

The client is liable for any damage to MUA equipment or property caused by them or their guests. We are not responsible for any allergic reactions if sensitivities were not disclosed ensuring the use of premium products.
